With a history spanning more than a century and a half of medical education in Transylvania, the “Iuliu HaÈ›ieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy has developed into a modern institution with a strong international outlook and a multicultural environment. Its study programs are offered in Romanian, English, and French, and among the more than 7,500 undergraduate students, over 2,800 come from abroad, representing more than 60 nations.
